    • Vinification: Partially directly pressed and the rest 100% whole cluster, fermented separately, the whole cluster grapes undergo a 1-week semi-carbonic maceration, ambient yeast fermentation, blended before aging, aged for 5 months in tank, filtered, SO2 added at bottling (less than 40 ppm total).
