    • Terroir: On the top of a steep south-facing slope, 20-35% incline, 400-450 m altitude, silt-sand soils derived from glacial moraines over a molasse and puddingstone bedrock.
    • Viticulture: Domaine farmed, organic
    • Vinification: Pressed, cold settled overnight, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12 months in used 400 L barrels, blended and aged for an additional 6 months in a concrete tank, no filtration, SO2 additions before bottling (less than 40 ppm total).
