    • Terroir: From two sites, a west-facing vineyard in Buggingen and a southwest-facing vineyard in Müllheim, both on loess and marl soils.

    • Vinification: Crushed by foot and pressed slowly with whole clusters, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 11 months on the lees in used barrels, no fining, no filtration, minimal SO2 addition before bottling (5-15 ppm).
