- Vinification: Pressed with whole clusters, ambient yeast fermentation, aged 12 months on the lees in foudres.
Additional Info
The geology and climate (a sheltered location at the end of a valley) of Burg make it a terroir of powerful wine, complex and structured, with great aging potential. This is a field blend of the traditional Alsatian varieties, homage to the region’s viticultural history.
