- Terroir: Multiple parcels from Ribeauvillé (lieu-dits Gruenspiel, Hagueneau, and Weinbaum). Middle Triassic Muschelkalk limestone, mixed with clay and layers of Quaternary sandstone and gravel.
- Vinification: Pressed with whole clusters. Ambient yeast fermentation. Aged 12 months on lees.
