A note from Mathilde: "The name Binôme, meaning a team of two people, was chosen as a thank you to my husband who supports me daily, particularly in the vat room during blending because alone we go fast, though in pairs we go further! The name also references to the combination of the two blended grape varieties within the cuvée. The fruitiness of Meunier and the delicacy of the Chardonnay combine elegantly and give a beautiful interpretation of the terroir. The blend of the two vintages, one fresh, the other more sunny, brings balance and complexity."

2024 release: a blend of Pinot Meunier from 2021 (representing 20% of the total Pinot Meunier) and Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay from 2022, picked September 13th and 14th, 2021 and September 7th and 8th, 2022, the 2021 vintage was aged for 17 months in stainless steel, the 2022 vintage was aged for 5 months in stainless steel, blended and aged for 15 months in bottles.
