- Viticulture: Sustainable, 8,000 vines/ha.
- Vinification: Pressed with whole clusters, settled, fermentation and aging for 18 months in barrels, no fining, light filtration.
Additional Info
Olivier's sons Théo and Paul began renting this vineyard in 2017. 2018 was the first vintage release.
