- Terroir: From two sites in Perno, one from the upper section of the slope and one from the lower, both bordered by forest (resulting in a cooler climate), north and northwest-facing, sandy-clay soils with marl and gravel.
- Viticulture: Sustainable, organic methods.
- Vinification: De-stemmed, 2-3-week ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 2 pump-overs a day, aged for 6 months in used barrels (20%) and stainless steel tank (80%), bottled and aged for an additional 12 months, SO2 additions when necessary throughout.
