    • Terroir: From vines located at the bottom of the lieu-dit "Les Pichons," adjoining the domaine and downslope from "Mont Damnés", clay-limestone.
    • Viticulture: Organic (AB, 2022), selection massale.
    • Vinification: 100% whole cluster, 2-week vinification and maceration with no added SO2, little extraction, aged for 15 months in used barrels, no fining, no filtration, approx. 30 ppm SO2 total at bottling.
