- Terroir: From the lieu-dit En la Taupe in Pommard, southern exposure. Stony, shallow soil of clay with veins of marl running through.
- Viticulture: Purchased grapes, sustainable.
- Vinification: Sorted twice, 100% de-stemmed. 15-day ambient yeast fermentation with pump-overs and limited punch-downs. Aged 15-16 months in barrel (10% new).

Previously know as Bourgogne Rouge, the name of this cuvée was changed to Bourgogne Côte-d'Or in 2021.
