    • Terroir: From the Champtoisé lieu-dit in the Perdrizière vineyard, 400 meters altitude, Gorrhe soil (decomposed granite in the form of sand and clay, red in color due to oxidized iron and high levels of manganese).
    • Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Biodyvin), high-density plantation of 8,500 vines per hectare, single Guyot pruning.
    • Vinification: De-stemmed, ambient yeast fermentation and maceration for 7 months in amphora, pressed within the amphora by hand, racked off the skins and aged another 4 months in the same amphora, lightly filtered, SO2 added just once before bottling.
