Additional Info
Michel Troisgros (local Michelin-starred chef) and Stéphane Sérol cultivate and vinify this vineyard together as a separate wine from the Domaine Sérol range. It was originally planted by their fathers more than 20 years ago. The soil is perfectly adapted to the local grape variety (Gamay St. Romain).
