    At a Glance

    • Variety: Gamay, Syrah, Grenache
    • Terroir: Gamay from multiple plots: Fief Vendéens, Forez, and Gaillac. Syrah and Grenache from Espira de l’Agly in Roussillon.
    • Viticulture: Purchased grapes, certified organic
    • Vinification: The varieties are vinified and aged separately, partial whole cluster (Gamay- 20-40%, Syrah- 20%, Grenache- 40%), 2-3-week ambient yeast fermentation with short pump-overs twice daily, aged for 6 months in cement tanks, racked, blended and lightly filtered before bottling.
