    • Vine Age: : Planted in 2015
    • Terroir: Northwest-facing, high altitude, surrounded by a field of garrigue, limestone bedrock.
    • Viticulture: Certified organic (Ecocert), selection massale, grafted at the parcel, Goblet trained.
    • Vinification: Pressed with whole clusters, cold settled for 24 hours. Ambient yeast alcoholic fermentation and aging for 12 months in 6 hL demi-muids, occasional bâtonnages. Blended and aged for another 6 months in steel tank. Lightly filtered. Minimal SO2 addition when necessary.
