Despite very low pH’s, Malos tend to happen except on L’Oca. No fining. Light filtration. Additional Info
Located a 30-minute drive from the winery, this vineyard is distinctive for its Carignan Gris. Just 20 hectares are planted to this biotype and there are very few bottlings of it on its own. Danjou-Banessy makes a Carignan Gris: La Truffière Blanc. According to both domaines, Carignan Gris is the greatest white variety in the Roussillon.
