- Vinification: 100% whole cluster. 4-5 day cool maceration at 15°C. Ambient yeast fermentation with pump-overs and foot punch-downs. Aged for 12 months in barrels (0-20% new). Racked once.

Starting with the 2016 vintage, the single-vineyard village-level wine Savigny-les-Beaune Les Bourgeots will no longer be produced, instead being blended into this Savigny village wine.
