  • Terroir: Haute Combe of Juliénas, 15-35% grade, south/ south-west facing. Rocky soil of shale, granite, and veins of clay
  • Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée
  • Vinification: 10 days semi-carbonic maceration and natural alcoholic fermentation in tank, pressed mid-alcoholic fermentation and transferred to wooden vats for rest of fermentation and 1 year aging on fine lees. 4-8 months further aging in barrel.

Pruning is traditional Beaujolais gobelet, though Audras is experimenting with lyre.
