  • Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée.
  • Terroir: Multiple parcels, steep (15-35%), rocky slopes, exposed south/ southwest. Soil shale and granite, clay veins.
  • Vinification: Whole-cluster semi-carbonic maceration (10 days). Pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation in wooden vats, indigenous yeasts. Racking, aged in vats on fine lees (6 to 12 months).

Additional Info

Pruning is traditional Beaujolais gobelet, but Audras is also experimenting with highly trellised vines (vignes en lyre).
