    • Vinification: 70-100% whole cluster, 2-week ambient yeast fermentation in open-top wooden tanks, aged for 16-18 months in barrels (45-55% new), no fining, no filtration.

    Additional Info

    Schlossberg is one of Franken’s most well-known GG vineyards. The dry-stone walls that brace the rocky, red terraces of the Schlossberg are a protected historical monument. About 2/3 of the vineyard are planted at 13,000 vines per hectare.
